Message from the President

After the overwhelming support for the 2009 Executive from the membership at the 2009 Banquet, we have been busily working behind the scenes to get things up and operating for 2010.

Judges have been contacted and all have been confirmed.  Show dates are the same as last year.  A brochure advertising our dates is currently being worked on and will be available shortly……..keep checking the Web page.

Some of our sponsors have already committed to 2010.
Our Rule Book has been updated and ready for any modifications approved at the AGM.
All entry forms have also been updated and ready for any minor adjustments approved at the AGM.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for March 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
To be held at the Living Faith Community Hall, in Baxter.

I encourage all interested parties to come out, purchase your membership and be ready to VOTE.  This IS YOUR club.
Remember, there is a $5.00 discount when you purchase your membership on or before March 28, 2010.
